The Aoneblast Spin Blast Nozzle is mainly used as a pipe cleaning tool. The Spin Blast Nozzle is majorly designed to blast clean the interior of pipes, tubes, flues, etc, removing stubborn rust, carbon, coke, paint, etc. This leaves the surface free from dust, abrasive, and contaminants and suitable for the long-life coating application. The Aoneblast Spin Blast Nozzle are suitable for both new and existing installations with complete 360° coverage. They are suitable for use in blasting machine and are designed for one man operation. Aoneblast high-velocity nozzles are designed to deliver uniform abrasive distribution. The design accelerates the air and abrasive mix as it leaves the nozzle enabling increased productivity and reducing abrasive consumption by up to 40% when compared with other nozzles.
