The Aoneblast angle blast nozzle is manufactured with tungsten carbide and enables the user to blast at an angle of 45°. This ensures that the nozzle is suitable for spots that are inaccessible such as the reverse side of beams, flanges, bridge lattice work and inside of pipes. Tungsten Carbide is well- known due to its long life and impact resistance and it's Aluminum Jacket adds to the rugged character of the nozzle. The nozzles are available with one, two or three abrasive discharge orifices and an orifice range of 3.2 mm to 9.5 mm and fits almost all nozzle holders. The AAM nozzles go together with either a fine or large thread. Aoneblast nozzles have been designed to maximize blasting and ensure uniform abrasive distribution. The exquisite design accelerates the air and abrasive as it exits the nozzle providing additional momentum which in turn can increase productivity and reduce abrasive consumption up to 40% when compared with straight nozzles. Angle nozzles are used majorly for getting inside tight or hard to reach places like corners, behind flanges or inside pipes.
